At Door To Door Christmas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Return Timeframe

You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You will not be refunded any original shipping costs and will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Eligible Items

• Christmas tree kits in original packaging
• Unused decorations and ornaments
• Items in original condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Items without original packaging

How to Return

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
